National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand (also known as NIT Uttarakhand or NITUK) is a public technical university in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It was founded in 2009,[1] as one of the 10 new National Institutes of Technology in India, and is recognised as an Institute of National Importance. It admitted its first batch of students in 2010–11.[2][3]

- Interview date and time: 15.02.2024 from 11 am
- Qualifications:
- Essential: PhD in respective discipline with first class (60% marks or (CGPA 6.5/10) at both IJG & PG level from recognized University/Institute.
- Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/-per month for PhD Candidates.
General Conditions:
- The appointment is purely temporary for Even Semester of Academic Year 2023-24.
- However, it may be extended to next semester as per the Institute requirement and performance of the faculty (s).
- The candidate has no right/claim either on continuous employment or permanency in future on the basis of this temporary position.
- The Candidates are required to bring essential/ relevant original documents (marksheets/degree certificates etc.) for verification of their eligibility, a set of photocopies of the degree certificates, experience etc., and a copy of curriculum-Vitae (CV). In case, candidate fails to produce original documents at time of the interview, he/she will not be considered.
- Candidates must attach conversion criteria of CGPA to percentage from the University/Institution.
- The qualifications/experience etc. for the above mentioned posts will be determined as on the date of Interview.
- If suitable candidates are not found, the post shall be considered as vacant.
- The application form will be accepted between 9:ooAM to 11700AM in the Administrative Block, ITI Campus on the day of Walk-Interview.
- Those Candidates who report after 11:00 AM on the day of Walk-in-Interview will not be considered under any circumstances.
- Candidate will have to appear for the Walk-In•lnterview at their own cost at Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
- Candidates are required to come prepared for 5-10 min presentation on a topic relevant to the post applied.
