Experience in mammalian cell culturing, maintenance and handling, UV/Vis and fluorescent spectroscopy, histology, immunohistochemistry, fluorescent microscopy, molecular biology techniques including agarose gel electrophoresis, western blotting, flow cytometry, RT-PCR, and related techniques – A proven record of scientific publications (as first author) applying the above said methods in PhD/Postdoc research in reputable journals is mandatory |
