In 2009, Shri Pawan Singh Chauhan, the chairman of S R Educational Trust, established the S R Institute of Management and Technology, which offers a B.Tech program with four branches and 240 seats. The institute is dedicated to the late Subedar Singh and Raj Devi, who inspired their son. S R Group was established as a result. The Subedar Raj Devi Educational Trust, which was established in 2008, is registered under the Society Registration Act of 1860.
S R Group of Institutions was established in 2010 with the establishment of S R M Business School, which offers an MBA program with 120 seats. New courses, including Agricultural Engineering, Bio-Tech, and IMBA (MAM), were implemented. The S R Group occupies an area of 60 acres.
